The VIP Solution
Transwaste is a long-standing customer of our communications business where we have managed their business mobile and Tablet account. Prior to working with VIP, they had experienced high international travel costs and bill shock from data usage overcharges. We worked to stabilise the account, implementing the correct measures to prevent overspend and running their mobile costs smoothly on a month to month basis.

VIP have ran the business mobile and Tablet account for Transwaste for several years now. The account was historically stung by international travel and bill shock from data overcharges.

Most recently, our Installations division was appointed to take over the CCTV system at Transwaste to help improve its provision. Following a review of their set-up, we identified and carried out several improvements:

Improve the set-up and usability of the system for the management team and users

Upgrades to hardware to provide higher-quality footage and visuals

Review of the system set-up to gain better coverage of key working areas to support improving health and safety for its employees and improved security
